The Millennium Distance Education video conference

On 26 April 2006 the organization brought children from Dhaka together in a worldwide video conference, on the theme “Utilizing Video Technology to Connect Communities and Give Voice to the Voiceless for a Culture of Peace, Love, and Nonviolence”.

The conference connected those children with counterparts at Rutgers University and at the United Nations in New York, towards empowering communities and civil society for a peaceful, sustainable world.

Kochi Konther Asar USA organized the conference with other NGOs at the United Nations in New York.
